What you are actually being judged on

Not the finished video. By the time it is delivered, the event is over and everyone has moved on. What you are judged on is whether the day itself went smoothly, whether the supplier you booked showed up early, knew the room, and did not need managing.

That is the pitch here. Not a portfolio, a working relationship you do not have to think about twice.

What makes this easier for you specifically

One point of contact

No producer relaying your notes to a shooter who relays them to an editor. You brief me once.

I turn up early and find the room myself

Power, sight lines, where a locked-off camera can sit without being in the way. That is not something you need to manage on the day.

I work with your AV team, not around them

A feed off the desk where there is one, radio mics coordinated with whoever is running sound, and I will reach out ahead of the day if that is useful.

Insurance sorted before you ask

Public liability certificate goes out the same day, so it is not a scramble two days before the event.

If you are building a supplier list

Happy to be added to one. Day rate, availability and what is covered on the crew and producers page, or get in touch directly and I will send whatever your process needs.

For a one-off booking rather than an ongoing list, the event videography page covers pricing and what is included.

Questions

Can we add you to our approved supplier list?

Yes. Send whatever your onboarding process needs and I will get it back the same day.

Do you work directly with our AV company?

Yes, and it goes better when they know in advance. A feed off the desk is the cleanest audio available and usually needs arranging a few days out.

What is your availability like for a multi-event contract?

Depends on the calendar, but worth asking early. Event dates go to whoever confirms first.

Can you provide references from other organisers or venues?

Yes, on request.
