Available for crew days across Auckland and the rest of New Zealand, in the camera department or as a videographer. Own kit, own vehicle, insured, and around at short notice.
Twenty months full-time at London Filmed before moving over, operating and editing branded content, commercials and live events, mostly multi-cam on FX3, FX6, FS7 and FX9. Two years as a freelance runner and production assistant before that, and trained at The BRIT School in film and media production. I know set language and I do not need managing.
Camera operator
Own FX3 kit or on your bodies, and well used to FX6 and FX9. Comfortable on multi-cam, interviews, panels, roaming and locked-off stage.Second camera

Slating, media handling, lens work, battery rotation and clear comms. I carry a full 2nd AC kit and have supported crews on Sony FX-series, ARRI Alexa Mini and 35, and RED.Editor
Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Rough cut through to graded delivery, or just the grade if you have your own edit.On request. Send the dates, the role and the shape of the day and I will come back the same day.
Public liability, with the kit insured separately. Certificates on request for venues and corporate sites.
Own vehicle, full clean licence. Auckland-wide as standard, anywhere in New Zealand with notice.
Dual UK and NZ citizenship. I trade as Declan Gale Videography and invoice on your terms.
